Part 2: How to make baked Ricotta with herbs
Cut a thick slice of ricotta and put it in an ovenproof dish. Drizzle generously with olive oil.
Bake for 15 minutes on 200C or until lightly golden. Take out of the oven.
Scoop boiling oil over the cheese, decorate with herbs (thyme, savory, rosemary, oregano, chili, pepper, or your choice…)
Bake for further 5 minutes.
Decorate with fresh parsley and enjoy with a piece a baguette.
